      Electronic Supplementary Forms (e-Supplementary Forms)

The Profits tax return has been rearranged into TWO PARTS :-

• Simplified Profits Tax Return and

• Supplementary Form (which can be submitted in e-Supplementary Form).

For those who use the electronic version of the Supplementary Form, the paper Supplementary Form should be left blank and need not be torn off from the set of documents before submission. All a taxpayer needs to do is to have a completed e-Supplementary Form, saved on a CD-ROM or disk, with a label showing the (1) file number, (2) business name and (3) year of assessment.  Together with a hard copy of the completed e-Supplementary Form, they will be used as supporting documents for filing.

The program is divided into TWO PARTS :-

• Electronic Forms Program; and

• Electronic Form (e-Form).

After installing the Electronic Forms Program, you should install the e-forms (.eft) by double click them.

A font (FZShuTi)(FZSTI.TTF) is installed in your windows fonts (C:\WINDOWS\Fonts). You may need to install this font again by using windows fonts installation procedures.

A) copy FZSTI.TTF to a location (eg c:\FZSTI.TTF)

B) Control Panel --> Fonts --> File (in manual bar) --> Install new fonts --> Folder c:\ -->

        select FZShuTi(TrueType) --> click [OK]
